The Social Brain Theory (Dunbar, 1992) explains that the complexity of human relationships drove the development of the brain to manage social bonds and cooperation, and that language plays a key role as a mechanism of social cohesion.

How we do it
Powered by our TSBC® Method—grounded in our research on how nonverbal communication impacts the brain and shapes relationships—we deliver science-backed interventions tailored to the demands of every role, leadership level, and culture.
Guided by social neuroscience, we blend workshops, learning paths, and programs with immersive experiences—racetrack runs, coffee-brewing rituals, lab experiments—using emotion and communication strategies to build awareness, foster a change-ready mindset, drive behavior change, and strengthen social bonds across stakeholders—leaders and teams, customers, partners, and suppliers. We deliver live worldwide (EN/ES) and in person across major cities in LATAM, the U.S., and Spain.
In our learning paths and behavioral upskilling programs, we apply data science and statistics and use our proprietary voice-based behavioral analytics app (Neuroempathy®) to identify patterns from vocal signals. We also track change via psychometrics and mixed-method questionnaires, and neurophysiological and biological markers—EEG, HRV, cortisol, oxytocin—, delivering before-and-after reports integrated with your tools and KPIs.
